RENTAL TERMS AND PROCEDURES

  • If you would like to rent gear from Blackbird, there are a few things we require:

  • Please go to the "RENTAL FORM" link at the top of the site and fill out all of the fields to put you in our database. This action will initiate an email chain for your quote and any other questions you may have. We also take orders over the phone, of course. Please call ahead for local pick-ups.

  • After you approve your quote, please submit your credit card info to our secure form with the "MAKE A PAYMENT" link at the top of the site.                              https://www.blackbirdaudiorentals.com/credit-card-submission-page                                                                                                                                       

  •  (You can also call us with the card number at 615-279-7368.) This does not immediately charge your card. It is for deposit and hold purposes. We usually run charges at the close of the rental.

  • We require a copy of a valid ID on pick up - Email copy if we are shipping out of state.

  • For out-of-state / shipping orders, we require an Accord Form 25 in PDF form, to be emailed from your insurance provider. Blackbird Audio Rentals is named "Additional Insured" and listed as the "Certificate Holder."

  • (An insurance certificate may be required on certain local rentals as well, depending on the value of the gear.)

  • A rental day is a 24 hour period.

 

  • We do 4-day week rentals: After the fourth day, the next 3 days are free.

  • We do custom package rates for multiple pieces and extended rentals.

  • We ship anywhere in the 48 states - FedEx Overnight - Customer pays shipping. The customer pays a one-day rental rate on the first shipping day, with no rental charge on the return shipping day.
